Hello there Turtles! So we've added a new reporting system in-game for when you need assistance of any kind from our moderators! All you have to do is type /report, this will open our in-game report system, where you'll be able to select from 3 different categories. REPORT PLAYER - to report a rule break, or any kind of issue you might have in-game regarding another player QUESTION - for all kinds of general questions about systems/our city BUG - a way for you to give us feedback and report any bug/glitch you might encounter Just give a quick SUBJECT and a bit of INFORMATION about your issue, to help us assist you with your problem as quickly as possible. Hit SUBMIT after you're done, and a member of staff will get back to you if available. After you've successfully submitted your report, a moderator will reply to you as soon as possible. To re-open your ticket, simply type /report in chat (T). You'll be able to share any additional info the moderator might ask you for, and chat. STRP Staff Team

To start doing wine, go to the Marlowe Wine Fields. When you arrive at the wine field there are spawning grapes in a big area and each gives you between 1-3 grapes. To start collecting the grapes you walk up to the grapes that are spawned, press ALT to target them, and collect. When you are done collecting the grapes, you are then ready for the next step. Which is processing your grapes into wine, you can do that at the vineyard at Buen Vino Road. Your first step will be to buy 1x Sugar and 1x Yeast per 5x Grapes of the same sort from the store inside the processing shed. (So if you have 100 Grapes in total, you’ll need 20x Sugar 20x Yeast) Step two will be to start fermenting the grapes into wine. To do that head to the big fermentation tanks on the other side of the room. Here you will be able to begin with the fermentation process. After you’ve fermented all your grapes, it’s time for step three. Barreling the wine. To do that head into the vineyard villa right next to the processing shed. To your right you’ll find a big room with stacked wine barrels. 1x Empty Barrel/10x Fermented Wine will give you 1x Barreled Wine. Almost done, now it’s time for the last step. Head back to the store inside the processing shed. Here you’ll find Spouts, Filters and Empty Bottles. You’ll need 1x Spout, 1x Filter, 65x Empty Bottles and 1x Barreled Wine to turn it all into bottles of wine. To do that you simply have to drag the Barrel of Wine to “USE” in your inventory, while all the mentioned items are on your person. Well done! Now you have bottles of wine ready to be sold! You’ll find the wine distributor inside the vineyard villa. Walk up to the barrel to your right and start selling!
