Hey guys figured we should note down all the changes we have made the last couple of days.

Medics:
- Paleto hospital is again fully functioning.
- Redeployment points at pillbox/paleto have been added.
- New elevator system
- Misc changes to improve quality of life

The City:
- Italians have moved/opened a new restaurant
- Coke processing has been moved
- Lots of map changes to improve quality of life |@BYTE
- Liquor store added to Paleto
- New go-kart track added in the corner of the air strip with a scripted kart race

Food/Drink:
- Generic food cooking has been added to a few locations
- Includes: Bread, Sliced bread, grilled cheese, tomato soup
- Re-added drunk affect to drinking alcohol
- There are now stages when drinking alcohol, you can be sober, tipsy, or drunk depending on how and how fast you drink alcohol.
- Police can now check for blood alcohol concentration. If you are over the limit you can be arrested if caught behind a wheel.
- Some foods have been changed to give food and water(Milkshakes, porridge, soup)

Misc:
Hatchet and machete holster position changed
As always, some handling tweaks
