New Garage System
We've ripped out our old garage system and built our own, taking some of the good and leaving behind all of the bad. This means we have a lot more freedom to expand on, fix and modify anything and everything garage related moving forwards. Some of the new/changed features include;

• Garages will now only display the cars stored in it to you
  • To see all of your cars and where they are you'll need to use your phones garage app
• If a vehicle is pulled out and goes missing (despawned) then you'll now be able to recover that vehicle from it's garage
  • The fee to do this is class-based
• If a vehicle is pulled out and the server can still find it, the garage will waypoint its location for you to retrieve it
• Property garages are no longer universal
  • This means that each property now has it's own unique garage
  • When this update rolls out all currently stored vehicles in a property will be available at all properties until it is then withdrawn
• The keys system was completely rewritten too, all of your existing keys and functionality hopefully all works as it did before
• VIP Supporters+ will now have the ability to see and modify custom names for their vehicles within garages
• VIP Turtles+ will now have the ability to remotely release a vehicle from impound from its original garage
   

Impound Updates
The entire impound system conversion is now complete and it is also entirely built in-house, opening up the door to quicker fixes and more flexibility for feature changes in the future.

• The impound menu has been updated for PD/EMS
  • You will now have some pre-determined reasons for impound that you can quick select
  • The ability to modify and add your own reasons remains
• Impound times should now work properly
  • The hours will count down each hour on the hour, whether you're in-game or not.
     

Police Grappler
The police grappler has been completed, this should give PD extra decisions to make during chases other than opening fire, helping to bring peaceful ends to chases. The SOPs on this equipment is still being finalised but it will not be accessible to all officers and will obviously have rules around when it should and should not be used.

• Grappler item can be attached to the front of heavy Police vehicles 
• Replacement ropes are used to replace the rope once it's been deployed
• There's a chance for the grappler to fail/snap when attaching
• Criminals have the ability to cut the rope.
   

Other Changes

• The theme park has opened back up for business on the pier but be careful, safety doesn't seem to be great
• Only valid key inputs are now listened for during cuff breaking mini-game
  • This should mean that pushing to talk or hitting other keys other than 1 - 4 will no longer pre-maturely end the minigame
• Boat rentals now come with keys to the boat
• An issue with blackscreening in hospital beds has been fixed
• We have some new loading banners
• There's a new /setcarradiovol command to control how loud your car radio plays
• Businesses now have Card Readers for payments on the go! Will find it at your business' shop.
• Several B class vehicles have had their handling improved in a hope to increase the competitiveness of this bracket

Tebex Updates
Along with the new VIP features in the garage system, we've also added a bunch of new items and bundles now available on our Tebex store;

• Crew Items (These items cannot be used on a whitelisted gang)
  • Crew registrations can now be bought from Tebex (still available in Black Market too)
  • Crew leadership item now allows you to promote someone else to joint-leadership with you
  • Crew name allows you to rename your Crew
  • Crew colour allows you to recolour your Crew
  • Crew bundle gives you the crew name & crew colour so you can reinvent your crew without needing to completely restart it
• New Starter Bundles
  • Horizon Bundle: A new high-class bundle that comes with an Eclipse Towers apartment and a Horizon R6
  • Falcona Bundle: Legion apartment, licence plate & the Falcona Ocelot
  • Zephyr Bundle: Legion apartment, licence plate & the Zephyr Hillside
  • Nexa Bundle: Legion apartment, licence plate & the Nexa Kobe R32
• Racing Bundles that come with a custom licence plate, racing tablets, carjacks, NOS and a car based on the class;

Criminals have the ability to cut the rope.

I seen this in another city, Car gets Grappled 3 cops move in for a box while grapple car hits reverse, Guy who is grappled shouts how the Fuq can i escape this, to the response get out and cut the wire, So 3 cars boxing with 1 on the grapple and you have to get out and cut a wire while avoiding sniper shotgun and spam tazers
